The Brentwood Police Department Records Division is located in the Brentwood Municipal Center at 5211 Maryland Way. Public access is available via a window in the Municipal Center's main lobby.
Operating hours are Monday - Friday 7 am to 4 pm.
Copies of police incident reports, accident reports, and CAD reports are obtainable at no cost; the report copies are usually available 3 business days following the report of the incident, however phoning to confirm availability of reports is suggested. Reports can be sent via fax or picked up in person.
Accident reports are available online beginning with accidents reported on or after August 1, 2009. The online reports should be available within five to seven business days of the accident report date. These reports are available free of charge at PoliceReports.US.

The following services are available:
- Residents are charged $15 for the first card, $10 for each additional card. Residents are defined as those who reside inside the incorporated city limits of Brentwood.
- Non-residents are charged $25 for the first card, $10 for each additional card.
***The City of Brentwood does not provide fingerprint cards. You will need to bring your own cards.***
