In his role as Assistant City Manager, Mr. Evans oversees the operations of the Community Relations, Human Resources, Library and Technology Departments. Mr. Evans is also responsible for development of the City’s six-year Capital Improvements Program (CIP), coordination of the City's risk management programs, and other special projects.
