The City Commission "Informational Meeting" is held on the Thursday before each City Commission Meeting (held the second and fourth Mondays of the month, unless otherwise rescheduled). The Informational Meetings are an opportunity for the Commission to discuss items on the forthcoming agenda, to ask questions of staff, and to request additional information in advance of the Monday meeting.
The meetings are held at 9:00 a.m. in the City Hall 2nd Floor Annex Room (on the left when you exit the elevator). Attendance by individual Commissioners is optional, though most will typically be present. The public is invited to attend and listen to the discussion. The meetings are videotaped and are made available the following day here: CLICK FOR VIDEO. They are broadcast on Comcast Channel 19 at 9:00 a.m and 7:00 p.m. the following Monday and Wednesday, as well as the week after.
