Description:
 The benefits of a meditation practice are almost to good to be true, improved focus and sense of well being, lower blood pressure, even structural changes in the brain, but as anyone who has tried to meditate can tell you, something, for being so simple, is really not always that easy. It often works best in a group setting. Each class will consist of a 30 minute guided experience as well as suggestion sto help you establish your own perfect practice at home.
