PUBLIC NOTICE
APPOINTMENT OF CITY COMMISSIONER
The Board of Commissioners of the City of Brentwood, Tennessee will vote on the appointment of a City Commissioner to fill a vacant position. The vote will be conducted at the Board of Commissioners meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Brentwood Municipal Center, 5211 Maryland Way, Brentwood, Tennessee. The appointee will serve a portion of an unexpired term until May, 2009, at which time the remaining two years of the term will be filled in the City election scheduled for May 5, 2009. Persons wishing to be considered for the appointment must submit an application to the City Recorder by noon, May 9, 2008. Application forms will be available from the City Recorder or from the City’s website at www.brentwood-tn.org.
